torsi\u00f3n del eje, tambi\u00e9n es necesario tener en cuenta la fricci\u00f3n que surge en las superficies de contacto de los pares de trabajo.<\/p><p>Para garantizar el menor desgaste posible de las superficies cooperantes, se utilizan materiales apropiados.<\/p><h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se fabrica el \u00e1rbol de levas?<\/h2><p>Los \u00e1rboles de levas son forjados o fundidos.<\/p><p>En el primer caso, se eliminan del cromo o del acero al carbono para la carburaci\u00f3n o del acero para la mejora t\u00e9rmica.<\/p><p>La mayor dureza de los mu\u00f1ones del eje y las levas del eje de 55 a 65 HRC se logra mediante la carburaci\u00f3n o el endurecimiento de la superficie, por ejemplo, inducci\u00f3n o llama.<\/p><p>Esto mejora la resistencia del rodillo a las cargas de fatiga.<\/p><p>La parte restante no est\u00e1 sujeta a procesos de curado. Las levas y los rodillos se endurecen carburando a una profundidad de aproximadamente 1,5 mm, incluida la tolerancia para el combusti\u00f3n interna modernos, muy cargados y sobrealimentados, caracterizados por altas velocidades de rotaci\u00f3n, los \u00e1rboles de levas est\u00e1n forjados y los huecos del canal de aceite se hacen mediante perforaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>El valor de las cargas transferidas est\u00e1 influenciado principalmente por la estructura del material base del rodillo y el m\u00e9todo de su tratamiento.<\/p><p>La persona que accede a la <b>verificaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rbol de levas<\/b> debe conocer no solo el procedimiento de prueba en s\u00ed, sino tambi\u00e9n las posibles soluciones de construcci\u00f3n del sistema de distribuci\u00f3n y como resultado de este supuesto de las cargas transferidas en los sistemas individuales, el m\u00e9todo de rodamiento y los m\u00e9todos de refinaci\u00f3n de las superficies de cooperaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Al definir las condiciones de trabajo y el material del rodillo, es posible determinar qu\u00e9 parte de la superficie del eje est\u00e1 m\u00e1s expuesta al desgaste.<\/p><p>Como resultado de las fuerzas de flexi\u00f3n significativas, el eje puede torcerse debido a un montaje incorrecto o al exceder las velocidades de rotaci\u00f3n permitidas.<\/p><p>Los que se usan con m\u00e1s frecuencia son los cojinetes de rodillos y las superficies de contacto de leva con el brazo de la v\u00e1lvula.<\/p><p>Antes de realizar las mediciones, se debe realizar una inspecci\u00f3n visual del eje, las levas y los pivotes, as\u00ed como otros elementos susceptibles de desgaste.<\/p><p>De esta manera, puede notar inmediatamente la p\u00e9rdida
