una serie de tareas diarias elementales como pueden ser mantener la unidad limpia, inspeccionar el cableado el\u00e9ctrico y apretar componentes que se hayan podido aflojar.<\/p><p>Pero adem\u00e1s de estas tareas elementales, hay otras que no se deben pasar por alto.<\/p><h2>3 aspectos a inspeccionar en el mantenimiento de compresores\u00a0<\/h2><h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">1 Verificaci\u00f3n del filtro de aire<\/span><\/h3><p>Hay muchos filtros disponibles pero utilizar un filtro equivocado para el trabajo que se est\u00e1 realizando puede causar problemas.<\/p><p>Por ejemplo, un filtro est\u00e1ndar atrapar\u00e1 las part\u00edculas de polvo mientras que un filtro coalescente eliminar\u00e1 el agua y el aceite.<\/p><p>En trabajos de aplicaciones de pintura se debe usar un secador con un filtro coalescente para eliminar toda la suciedad de las l\u00edneas.<\/p><p>Por otro lado, algunas herramientas funcionan mejor con algo de humedad.<\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">2 Limpieza del filtro de aire<\/span><\/h3><p>Cuando se est\u00e1 verificando el filtro de aire tambi\u00e9n se puede aprovechar para realizar una limpieza.<\/p><p>Aunque no hay que hacerlo con frecuencia, es mejor limpiar el filtro que esperar a que se sature de suciedad.<\/p><p>Hay que tener cuidado con lo que se utiliza para soplar o lavar el filtro, algo demasiado agresivo puede da\u00f1arlo y hacer m\u00e1s da\u00f1o que beneficio.<\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">3 Drenar los tanques de aire<\/span><\/h3><p>Es muy importante drenar los tanques de aire al final de cada d\u00eda.<\/p><p>El aire h\u00famedo afecta a la longevidad de un compresor y puede acumularse en la bomba y producir lodo en el lubricante.<\/p><p>Hay que desconectar la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n para proceder a la purga de aire del tanque.<\/p><p>Si se trabaja en condiciones de mayor humedad, hay que drenar los tanques de aire varias veces al d\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
