constante<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Este proceso de aprendizaje se puede llevar a cabo no solo con cursos especializados, hoy en d\u00eda en internet existen multitud de fuentes de informaci\u00f3n de las que aprender y saber por d\u00f3nde van las nuevas tendencias.<\/p><p>Hay muchos portales especializados en brindar informaci\u00f3n para el taller:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lacomunidaddeltaller.es\/\">La comunidad del taller<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.motorok.com\/\">MotorOk<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.posventa.info\/\">Posventa.info<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.infotaller.tv\/\">Infotaller.tv<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>A trav\u00e9s de estos y muchos otros portales se puede tener informaci\u00f3n de primera mano de las \u00faltimas novedades en maquinaria y equipamiento para el taller, noticias que afectan al d\u00eda a d\u00eda de los talleres, legislaci\u00f3n, etc.<\/p><h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedes hacer para que tu taller siga creciendo?<\/h2><p>La implementaci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1os procesos de mejora puede hacer que tu taller adopte una tendencia crecimiento constante.<\/p><p>No hay que pensar en ideas y procesos inalcanzables sino en ir poco a poco implementando mejoras alcanzables en todos los \u00e1mbitos del taller.<\/p><p>Consejos para no quedarse atr\u00e1s.<\/p><h3>Mantenerse al d\u00eda<\/h3><p>A medida que el taller va creciendo, hay que ir haciendo cambios en la forma de hacer las cosas. <strong>Hacer las cosas a la vieja usanza t\u00e9cnicos y mec\u00e1nicos tengan acceso a tablets y estaciones de trabajo con ordenadores puede facilitar el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y a mejorar la eficiencia.<\/p><p><strong>Seguimiento de las finanzas:<\/strong> En lugar de hacer las cosas a la vieja usanza, implementar un moderno sistema de gesti\u00f3n puede facilitar el trabajo.<\/p><p><strong>Programaci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n de trabajos:<\/strong> Tener un sistema de programaci\u00f3n de trabajos puede agilizar las labores. Un ejemplo puede ser una hoja de c\u00e1lculo con todos los nombres de los mec\u00e1nicos y los trabajos programados para el d\u00eda, de forma organizada y enumerada.
